Here's everything that's inside:

Day 1: Mistake No. 1: Not Fact-Checking: This leads to loss of credibility and trust. If you're not credible, you won't get hired for more work. Editors don't hire — or retain — writers they can't trust for accuracy.Day 2: Mistake No. 2: Spelling/Punctuation Errors: Not only does this make you seem even more untrustworthy (because you said you could write when you applied), but it also signals to editors that you don't have good writing foundations.Day 3: Mistake No. 3: Not Writing Tight: Rambling creates reader fatigue, which means people won't read what you write. If you don't get to the point, the reader will look elsewhere for their information.Day 4: Mistake No. 4: Using Passive Voice: Passive voice makes your writing sound weak and tentative. It's not as readable or authoritative, which also decreases engagement and your credibility as a writer.Day 5: Mistake No. 5: Not Proofreading: If you don't proofread, you will end up with mistakes in your copy. Editors get irritated with writers who don't care enough about the quality of their work to proofread it before submitting it.
